The final approval depends on the real estate agency and the property owner. However, I increase your chances of renting the ideal apartment you selected, as I have worked in the local real estate market, know owners’ profiles in depth, the rental requirements, and the negotiation criteria to get profiles approved (as well as mastering rental contract clauses).
How many apartment options are included in the Home Sweet Home Pack?
The service includes a personalized search and the selection of up to 5 apartments aligned with your profile, plus scheduling and in-person or video-call accompaniment for up to 5 viewings.
How does the accompaniment during property visits work?
I attend all visits in person or via real-time video call. After each visit, you receive a complete report with photos, videos, and technical analysis (noise, light, condition, surroundings, access, distance from school/work), so you can make a safe decision.
Does the Smart School Choice Pack help with all types of schools?
Yes. The service includes full guidance on public, concertada, and international schools. You receive between 3 and 5 recommendations suited to your profile, with details about zones, enrollment, calendar, availability, and average costs.
Does Smart School Choice include the registration process with the Barcelona Education Consortium?
Yes, and this is a key differential that InterConectar offers. In addition to scheduling school interviews, I assist with the Consortium registration (for public and concertada schools), with the school vacancy application, and with the enrollment process, including a checklist of documents and full support until completion.
Are the Extra Services mandatory when hiring a pack?
No. Extra Services are entirely optional and can be added as needed. They speed up the post-rental phase and include procedures such as empadronamiento, CatSalut, transfer of utility ownership, insurance, T-mobilitat and IDCat Mòbil—everything designed to streamline your safe installation in Barcelona.
How far in advance should I get in touch to start the relocation service to Barcelona?
Ideally, you should start the process 2 to 3 months before the moving date. This timeframe allows for a calm property or school search, organizing necessary documentation, scheduling visits, and ensuring all initial procedures are sorted before your arrival.
